Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորել է Տավուշի սահմանամերձ գյուղերը. ՄԻՊ-ը նոր լուսանկարներ է հրապարակել

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը ներկայացրել է Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Բերդ, Այգեպար, Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր, Չինարի, Նորաշեն բնակավայրերում վերջին օրերին իրականացրած փաստահավաք աշխատանքների լուսանկարները:

Լուսանկարներում Ադրբեջանի հրետակոծությունից տուժած հայկական գյուղերի ավերված ու կիսավեր տների պայթած արկերի կտորների ու բնակելի տներում դրանց թողած հետքերի վկայություններն են, ինչպես նաև ՄԻՊ-ի ու խաղաղ բնակիչների զրույցների կադրերը:

Today, the civilian settlements of the Tavush region of Armenia (Aygepar, Movses, etc.) again were targeted from the Azerbaijani side through shelling.

Yesterday, the independent fact-finding and human rights protection activities of the Human Rights Defender’s Office in the same civilian settlements recorded that the shelling was carried out mainly with these projectiles. All the evidence testifies that the shelling of peaceful settlements is targeted.

Yesterday we also recorded that falling on the target, these projectiles immediately explode and turn into many fragments of different sizes. Each of them can take human lives, mutilate them. It is necessary to mention that the shelling causes damage to property, especially homes.
We strongly condemn not only the shelling towards civilian settlements, but also the use of these projectiles.
