Today, on January 26, Serzh Sargsyan's regular session on the diesel fuel case was held at the seat of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, under the chairmanship of Judge Vahe Misakyan.
According to the indictment, between January 2013 and February 25, 7, Sergo Karapetyan wasted 15.391.765 liters of diesel from the reserve fund of the RA government during the implementation of state support programs, organized by Serzh Sargsyan and instigated by Barsegh Beglaryan, with the assistance of Samvel Galstyan and Gevorg Harutyunyan. the particularly large amount of subsidy allocated for fuel: AMD 489.160.310.
During today's session, the witnesses in the case were questioned. After the questioning of Sevan Kocharyan, the witness in the case, Yeghishe Vardanyan, was questioned. The latter mentioned that in 2012 they received a call from the Ministry of Agriculture, they were invited there to submit a price offer to supply diesel fuel to the Ministry. He went to the ministry with the other witness Sevan Kocharyan. They presented their price offer, then, when the supply had already started, they learned that the supply is being carried out by "Flash" company.
The witness mentioned that he has known Sevan Kocharyan since the 2000s. "We started working together since 2011. One day he told me that they called him and invited him to the Ministry of Agriculture to present a price offer. We went to the minister, he said: can you supply diesel fuel, we said yes. I asked if everything is serious, the minister said yes, present a package, participate. We sent electronically. Our offer, if I am not mistaken, was 425 drams. After a long time, Sevan tells me that the ministry is already distributing the diesel fuel to the villagers. I know that it was supplied by "Flash" organization. After that, I didn't even know how many "Flash" supplied, why didn't we win, I didn't even care," Yeghishe Vardanyan said.
When asked if he had ever had a relationship with any of the representatives of the "Flash" company, Yeghishe Vardanyan said that he had not personally had a relationship, but Sevan Kocharyan had. "There was a call on Sevan's phone, I asked who was calling, Sevan said Yasha." Yasha is the director of "Flash". Sevan said, Yasha is a little upset that we made a price offer too. I don't know why Yasha was upset," said the witness.
Yeghishe Vardanyan said that the company stopped its activities in 2016 or 2017. In 2022, it was declared bankrupt.
